Our Story
Mountain Creek Baptist Church, founded in June 1846, is a historic and faithful congregation located in Florence, Mississippi. As cooperative members of the Rankin County Baptist Association, the Mississippi Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention, we are rooted in a rich legacy of Southern Baptist doctrine and mission. Our church family spans generations, united by a shared commitment to worship, discipleship, and the proclamation of the gospel.
